Return Policy:
- Return Requests: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. To process a return, please submit a return request along with video proof of the box opening as part of your claim.
- Product Condition: Customers must return the product in its original "as is" condition, including all barcodes, labels, and original packaging. All returns are subject to verification at our warehouse. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety concerns. These include, but are not limited to:

- Bottles
- Any other products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Verification: Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality control team. Only after this inspection will the return be processed.
Exchange Policy:
- Size and Fit Issues: If you wish to exchange a product due to size or fit issues, the exchange of the product will be done within 4 Days of order receiving only and will be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned product at our warehouse.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, as per your preference.

- Bank Refunds: Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account., If approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- COD Refunds: COD refunds are eligible for Store credits as refunds
- Refund Confirmation: Once the refund is initiated, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Important Notes:
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or defective.
- Inspection Failure: If the returned item does not pass the inspection, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be provided.
- Refund Charges: A Fee of Rs. 150 will be charged as reverse logistics fee and deducted from refund amount

- Non-Compliance with Return Conditions: Failure to comply with the return conditions (such as not submitting video proof, not returning the product in "as is" condition, or missing barcodes/labels) will result in rejection of the return or refund request. SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
- Limitation of Liability: SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our website or any purchases made through the platform, except in cases where such liability cannot be limited by law.
- Force Majeure: SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited shall not be liable for any delays in processing returns, refunds, or exchanges due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
- Jurisdiction and Governing Law: All disputes, claims, and legal actions related to this policy or any purchase made on www.sportsstation.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. The terms and conditions outlined in this policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Fraudulent Returns: SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of the return process. Any suspected fraudulent returns will be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.
