  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods or sales, order processing times may be extended by an additional 2-3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):
    • We offer free shipping for all orders above INR 999.
    • For orders below INR 999, a flat shipping fee of INR 50 will be applied.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. In some remote areas, delivery may take up to 10-12 business days.
  • Delivery Delays: Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, inclement weather, and unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the courier partner and tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Currently, we partner with major national courier services, including but not limited to Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. SSIPL Lifestyle Private Limited will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Customer Unavailability: If you are unavailable to receive the order during delivery attempts, the courier partner may hold the package for a limited time or return it to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damage During Transit: If your package is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at sscare@ssipl.in within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please provide supporting photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed as lost by the courier partner, we will offer you a replacement product or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees, The order will be replaced in 7 -10 Days.

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sscare@ssipl.in. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
